Downloading lists and forms for Annual Reminders

This is a procedure on how we process Annual Reminders for Sales 
Every month we generate from Truss/Vasto the list of onsite client for 2 months ahead, and we email them to remind them of renewing their certificates. We offer them promotions and other deals to get them sign up again with us. Here is a step by step procedure on how we do this:

  • Every last week of the month - go to 'Truss' Archived Classes' and track the date to be generated 
  •  Manually get the names list of the onsites and track
  • Get all important details from " employer' in Truss
  • Pre - fill the booking form and attach the class list/s then send to the client 

Assigning the task to send ANNUAL REMINDERS.

  • Get company names from excel sheet created by Carlo
  • Get all important details from " employer' in Truss
  • Put employer details in Booking Form then "save"
  • Download student list from Truss who needs to do PFA and CPR for the month then "save"
  • Go to Hubspot create contacts and companies if necessary.
  • Attached booking form and student list of the employer that needs to send an annual reminder for the month.
  • Create annual reminder task, tag Pamela as the owner.
